As an organisation we are members of the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL), CTC (The Cycle Charity), Bike Club, ASDAN and SportLeadersUK.

 

We provide accredited training solutions through our membership and partnerships with:

ü  ASDAN

ü  SportsLeaders UK

ü  Agored Cymru (OCN)

ü  Youth Cymru

ü  John Muir Trust

ü  National Navigation Award Scheme (NNAS/YSNA)

At Cyfleon we only employ leaders suitably qualified/affiliated with nationally recognised awarding & governing bodies such as the British Mountaineering Council, Mountain Leader Training Wales, CTC, SportsLeadersUK and GNAS.

Safeguarding

ü     We follow the First Steps approach to child safeguarding developed by the NSPCC.  

ü     All leaders are subject to an enhanced CRB check.

ü  All activities are risk assessed with appropriate safeguarding and risk management procedures in place.
